Midgard is your AI studio for shipping games.
Describe your game. Agents polish your bible, co-generate the assets, assemble the world in your engine and draft the patches. You approve every stage.

From idea to a breathing world.
Five stages. Each one ends at your approval.
Vision
Describe the genre, the story, the feel, the games that inspired you. That's the seed.
“Project Ashfinder: A 3D roguelike where fire is the collective memory of past generations.”
Game Bible
World, history, characters, art direction and mood boards — written down once, so everything downstream stays coherent.
“The Gloomwoods is where the story starts: a valley in the shadow of the ever-reaching Anshus mountains.”
Assets & World
Characters, props and terrain are born here, generated to match your bible and iterated with you. Nothing off-style, nothing off-budget.
“Update our main character, Bugshon, the Shoved, with a medieval lamp to carry the embers of the fallen generations.”
Assembly
Midgard works inside the tools you already use — Blender, Unity, Unreal, Godot, and many more — and moves the work between them. No exporting, importing or tab-swapping.
“Import the asset models from Blender and assemble The Gloomwoods in Unity.”
Ship & Iterate
Wishlists, traction, bug reports and community feedback, in one place. Midgard reads it all and drafts the patch. You decide what ships.
“Help me understand the success of our launch, and aggregate early Steam feedback.”
Every generation of tooling shrinks the time it takes to ship a world-class game.
What if we could halve these times again?
Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 came from a core team of about 30. Stardew Valley took one developer four and a half years. Midgard exists to halve both numbers.
Build it with us.
A small group of studios is shaping the first build. Partners run Midgard on real work, tell us what's wrong, and decide with us what comes next.
A good fit: a studio of 5 to 50 people, in or heading into pre-production, open to trying AI on real work.
What partners get
- Free use during the program
- A direct line to the founder
- Real influence on what gets built next
- Launch pricing locked in
Or message us directly at accounts@getmidgard.ai with: studio name, team size, and engine.
Questions, answered.
What is Midgard, exactly?
Think of Codex or Claude Code for videogame development. You direct in plain language; agents write the bible, generate the assets, assemble scenes in your engine and draft the patches, and every result comes back to your team for approval. It's built for studios of 5 to 50 people.
Does it replace my artists or designers?
No. It takes production grind off the people you have, so their time goes to direction and craft. Your team directs the work and approves what lands.
Which engines does it work with?
Godot first, Unity and Unreal next. Assembly happens inside your engine project, from the bible and assets your team approved.
Is my project used to train models?
No. Your project, documents and assets are never used to train models.
Who owns what it makes?
You do. Every asset is designed to carry a provenance trail: what generated it, from what, and every human edit since. That trail backs your Steam AI disclosure, EU AI Act compliance and your copyright.
How much does it cost?
Design partners use Midgard free for the length of the program, with launch pricing locked in. Pricing for everyone else comes with general availability.
When can my team use it?
The first design-partner build arrives in December 2026, with three seats. Apply above and we'll come back with next steps.
For developers who ship.
Midgard is a production tool for professional developers. We're working with a small group of design-partner studios to shape v1.
